At Narayan Puja Store, we take great pride in offering handcrafted brass pooja items that reflect tradition, devotion, and skilled workmanship. Each product involves several days of effort by our artisans and our order processing team.

We do not accept returns if the product is delivered as per the quality, size, and description mentioned on our website but does not meet personal preferences. Once the package is dispatched from our warehouse, delivery timelines depend entirely on the courier partner. We request your patience in case of any delays.

Returns and Exchanges

We only accept exchanges in case of the following:

• The product is damaged in transit

• The product has manufacturing defects

To request an exchange, you must notify us within two days of delivery. The item must remain unused and in its original packaging.

Once the returned item reaches us and is verified, we will process your replacement order. Please allow up to one to two weeks after your return request for the exchange to be completed.

Important Guidelines

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased from any source other than NarayanPujaStore.com

• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packed.

• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the return transit.

• If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, or does not match the reason for exchange, we may send it back without processing any compensation.

All returned goods will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt.
